Follow The Yellow Brick Road!

To celebrate RCT's production of THE WIZARD OF OZ, the theatre has joined forces with area merchants for a fun promotion.

Patrons can FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK down Main Street and obtain special cards that will be turned in at performances of THE WIZARD OF OZ for a special drawing to win prizes. There will be a drawin...g during intermission at EVERY performance of the show. You may obtain up to 5 cards to use for the drawing at the performance you are attending.

Prizes include a 14k gold emerald and diamond ring valued at $390 (Hoppe Jewelers), and a cosmetic gift basket valued at over $250 (Elder Beerman)! Other great prizes and gift certificates from the participating merchants will also be awarded. As a special bonus, Veach's will be presenting EVERY child in attendance to THE WIZARD OF OZ a $5 gift card!

 

Haunted Corn Maze Auditions

Tuesday & Wednesday August 24 & 25

at 7:00 p.m. at the Theatre

Richmond Civic Theatre and Today's Harvest Farms are looking for monsters willing to scare the pants off of people for our first annual Haunted Corn Maze fundraiser. 

If the Halloween season and scaring people excites you, we want you!  No previous haunted production experience is necessary.  We welcome creative ideas and characters, so bring your best zombie/ghoul/ghastly creature ideas to share.

"Cinderella"

CINDERELLA is a large dancing and singing cast with roles for all ages. Actors should come prepared to sing (something from the show), dance and read. Audition material is available at the theatre.

Performance dates are Dec 10,11,12 and 17,18,19.

We celebrate 10 years on the RCT stage with the return of this favorite tale! Bilbo Baggins is a hobbit who enjoys peace and quiet in the comfort of his home. Enter Gandalf the Wizard and dwarves for a famous adventure in literature! Precursor to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, this play is not to be missed! Directed by Jaci Rigsby.

For youth in 3rd-12th grade

Lots of fun speaking roles for boys and girls!
